Delivery and assembly

For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional service team can help you. They take care of transport and assembly and are knowledgeable about our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly. Our in-store consultants will advise you if this service is recommended depending on the complexity of the product that you are ordering. Our delivery service includes removal of packaging and the expert assembly and placement of the furniture in your home – ask in store for details and prices.

Delivery time

As most of our collection is customised for you, we do not have a wide range in stock. Our normal delivery time for board furniture is 3-4 weeks and 6-7 weeks for upholstery. If the item is in stock, feel free to pick up the furniture at our warehouse right away.

Return and exchange policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are naturally entitled to return the goods within eight days as long as the item is unused and undamaged. Please see in store for full details of our terms and conditions. Please note, however, that items bought on sale or as special orders cannot be returned.

Our range

You are always welcome in our stores and studios to view all the products in our range. However, our stores vary in size and you may not find our entire product range on display at your local BoConcept. Our full range is available to order, please ask our interior consultants, who will be pleased to help and advise you. All products are subject to availability.

Accessories

Due to national trends, our accessories range is always being updated. Therefore, you may not find the entire range shown in this catalogue throughout 2009/2010. Some of the accessories used for the room sets in this catalogue are personal items and therefore not available in our stores.
  

Prices

All prices are correct at time of uploading (August 2009). However, we may need to review certain prices due to adverse currency fluctuations and/or other events beyond our control.

Gift vouchers

BoConcept gift vouchers are available in all stores.

Lamps

All lamps and light fittings conform to US/European guidelines for domestic use. Some of our lamps are not available in all countries. Please check in store.
